My Funded Futures Overview
My Funded Futures (MFFU) is a futures proprietary trading firm founded in 2023 by Matthew Leech, quickly establishing itself as one of the most trader-friendly prop firms in the industry. With over 16,000 Trustpilot reviews averaging 4.9 out of 5 stars, MFFU has built a strong reputation for transparency, fair rules, and fast capital access for futures traders trading CME Group instruments including ES, NQ, YM, RTY, CL, and GC.
What sets MFFU apart from the competition is its elimination of activation fees — a cost that most competitors charge at $149 to $300 or more just to access a funded account after passing an evaluation. Combined with industry-leading payout speeds (first payout in as little as 15–20 minutes, subsequent payouts in seconds), MFFU offers a genuinely streamlined path to getting paid. The firm boasts a roughly 25% pass rate on evaluations, approximately double the industry average, reflecting its trader-centric rule structure.
MFFU offers three main account types — Core, Rapid, and Pro — each with different drawdown methodologies and profit split arrangements. Core accounts use end-of-day trailing drawdown with 80/20 splits, Rapid accounts use intraday trailing drawdown with 90/10 splits, and Pro accounts offer EOD trailing with 80/20 splits but no consistency rules on funded accounts. All plans support trading through Rithmic, NinjaTrader, Tradovate, TradingView (via Rithmic), ATAS, and Volumetrica, giving traders flexibility in their platform of choice.
After achieving five consecutive profitable payouts, MFFU traders become eligible to transition to a real live trading account, providing a genuine long-term career pathway. The firm is futures-only and does not support stocks, options, forex, or crypto, making it specifically suited for traders focused on futures markets who value straightforward rules, competitive pricing, and rapid access to their earned capital.

Our Reviewer's First-Hand Experience with My Funded Futures
Reviewed by: One of our active TradingToolsHub reviewers · Active MFF Builder 50K trader (started August 2026) · Trading via TradingView charts with Tradovate as the broker connection.
Why I chose Builder as my entry plan
I picked Builder for the first cycle for three reasons: lowest entry cost ($63/mo with current promotions), safer EOD (end-of-day) trailing drawdown model instead of the intraday-trailing trap that punishes traders on Rapid, and no rush on payouts — a natural fit for evaluating whether MFF's platform, support, and rule enforcement actually match the marketing before scaling to Rapid or Pro.
Platform: TradingView + Tradovate is a real advantage
I trade directly on TradingView charts, with Tradovate handling execution and the data feed underneath. If you already trade on TV, there is no new platform to learn — your indicators, hotkeys, chart layouts, and workflow all carry across. That is more valuable than it sounds. Most futures prop firms force you into NinjaTrader or Rithmic-branded software, and the switching cost from TV alone can slow you down for weeks. MFF removing that friction is one of the reasons the account felt productive from day one.
First impression of the system: it holds up
The dashboard is coherent. TradingView + Tradovate integration works out of the box without a setup headache. Account controls surface the numbers that actually matter — drawdown line, session P&L, evaluation progress — without burying them under marketing UI. That is not the case with every prop firm; some make you assemble the picture from three separate screens. MFF's design decision to keep the trader interface clean pays off in the first hour.
Support: responsive and willing to find workarounds
What I can attest to directly: MFF support has been responsive and willing to work with me on questions rather than defaulting to script answers. That flexibility is unusual in this space — most prop firm support teams read from a rules FAQ and refuse to engage with edge cases. MFF's team engages with the actual question, which for a trader mid-evaluation is the difference between a resolved issue and a violated account.
Onboarding: KYC and contracts come before trading
Two things every MFF trader should know before purchase: (1) KYC identity verification is required (industry standard — every legitimate prop firm does this), and (2) you must sign the trader agreement contracts before the platform unlocks. That means you cannot buy a plan expecting to trade the same hour. Budget time for the paperwork step so it does not surprise you.
Bottom line so far
Early days on Builder 50K, but the fundamentals check out: fair pricing under $65/mo with promotions, a working platform that respects the trader's existing workflow, real support that engages with questions, and a clear path to funded and then live capital if performance holds. I will update this section after the first payout clears and after 30 days of live evaluation trading.
MFF Plans in Detail: Builder, Rapid, Rapid EOD, Pro
My Funded Futures runs four current plans, each targeting a different trader profile. All four use the same $3,000 profit target and roughly $1.5K–$2K max drawdown on the $50K evaluation. The differences are in pricing model, evaluation length, payout cadence, profit split, and funded-account drawdown mode. Every plan is offered in four account sizes: $25K, $50K, $100K, and $150K.

Builder — Easiest path to your first payout
Starting at $63/mo (baseline $125/mo with current promotions). No activation fee, cancel anytime.
- Evaluation: $3,000 profit target within $1.5K–$2K max drawdown, EOD trailing. Minimum 1 trading day. No time limit.
- Funded: 80/20 profit split, EOD trailing drawdown, payouts every 48 hours.
Why Builder is the sleeper pick. Most competing entry-tier prop firms require 5+ trading days minimum (Apex) or a Trading Combine structure (Topstep). Builder's 1-day minimum eval plus 48-hour funded payout cycle means a well-prepared trader can go from purchase to first cashed payout in under a week. That is the fastest ramp in the entry-tier prop space.
Rapid — Fastest path to payouts (most popular)
Starting at $79/mo (baseline $157/mo).
- Evaluation: 2 trading days minimum, $3,000 target, $2,000 max drawdown, EOD trailing during eval.
- Funded: 90/10 profit split, daily payouts, intraday trailing drawdown, no consistency rule.
The rule freedom. No consistency rule means a single big trading day will not cap your payout size the way it does on firms that enforce a percentage-of-total-profit ceiling per day. Rapid removes that constraint, which suits traders who take a small number of high-conviction trades.
The intraday drawdown tradeoff. Standard Rapid switches to intraday trailing drawdown once funded — your max drawdown line moves up with unrealized profit, so a fast winner followed by a fast giveback can violate the account mid-session. Best for scalpers and disciplined day traders. Rapid also supports TradersPost for algo integration.
Rapid EOD — Daily payouts + funded EOD drawdown (limited time plan)
One-time fee of $126 (baseline $157). This is the only MFF plan structured as a one-time payment rather than monthly recurring.
- Evaluation: 4 trading days minimum, $3,000 target, $2,000 max drawdown, EOD.
- Funded: 90/10 profit split, daily payouts, EOD drawdown on funded (not intraday).
Why this plan matters. Rapid EOD solves the biggest complaint about standard Rapid: intraday trailing drawdown punishes traders for holding winners. Rapid EOD keeps the 90/10 split and daily payouts but re-anchors the drawdown line only at end-of-day close — meaning unrealized profit does not drag the drawdown up during the session. Also structurally cheaper long-term since the fee is one-time. Worth grabbing while it is available if you want daily payouts without intraday-drawdown risk.
Pro — Highest payout potential
Starting at $114/mo (baseline $227/mo).
- Evaluation: 2 trading days minimum, $3,000 target, $2,000 max drawdown, EOD trailing.
- Funded: 80/20 profit split, bi-weekly payouts, EOD trailing drawdown, no daily loss limit, no consistency rule.
Rule freedom is Pro's headline feature. No daily loss limit plus no consistency rule means a single big trading day will not cap your payout size, and you are not forced to engineer P&L to look "consistent" for the firm's audit. Combined with the safer EOD trailing drawdown, Pro gives high-conviction discretionary traders room to swing without the rule set boxing them in. Path to a real live-capital account after 5 consecutive payouts.
Which plan fits which trader?
- Choose Builder if you want the cheapest way to test MFF, are comfortable with EOD drawdown, and want to reach your first payout as fast as possible.
- Choose Rapid if you are a disciplined scalper or day trader who wants 90/10 splits and daily payouts, and you can manage intraday-trailing drawdown risk.
- Choose Rapid EOD if you want 90/10 daily-payout economics without intraday-drawdown risk, and you prefer a one-time fee over monthly recurring.
- Choose Pro if you take high-conviction discretionary trades and need the "no daily loss + no consistency rule" freedom on funded, with the safer EOD drawdown model.
MyFundedTV, Discord, and Community Signals
MyFundedTV — the standout content investment

MFF runs a live trading show under the MyFundedTV brand — roughly 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, split across a morning block (9am–2:30pm ET) and an evening block (8pm–10pm ET). The rotating cast — Terri Trades, Tom Sabo, Pine Tree Trader, Ash Trades, Bull Barbie, Mythodical Man, Matt Cowart, among others — covers live trades, market talk, mentorship, and Q&A with paid MFF traders.
Very few prop firms invest in daily live content at this scale. Most default to a Discord plus occasional YouTube video model. MFF's approach positions the firm as a trading community you're part of rather than a rented sim you evaluate on — that is a meaningful cultural difference for traders who value learning alongside execution.
YouTube channel

MFF's dedicated YouTube channel — @MyFundedFuturesPropFirm — hosts evaluation walkthroughs, rule explainers, and archived MyFundedTV segments. Useful primer content before purchasing a plan.
Discord community
MFF runs an active Discord as the primary community channel — surfaced prominently on the home page alongside the funding CTA. That matters more than it sounds: prop firms with real trader Discords tend to have better feedback loops on rule ambiguity, faster surfacing of platform issues, and a real culture rather than a support ticket queue.
Trader base at scale

MFF's home page cites over 100,000 traders on the platform. Even discounting for marketing rounding, that puts them in the top tier of futures prop firms by user count — meaningful because a firm's ability to keep paying out over time is directly tied to its cash flow from active evaluations. A 100K+ base implies stable operating scale rather than the fly-by-night pattern that has burned traders on smaller prop firms.
Public leaderboard and real payout examples
MFF runs a live trader leaderboard where funded accounts show up publicly — profit, best day, win rate, and account tier. Two things this signals: (1) MFF is confident enough in real trader outcomes to make them visible, which most prop firms avoid; (2) it doubles as social proof for prospective traders who want to see that real people are getting paid, not just marketing pages claiming so. Topstep and FundedNext have similar features; many mid-tier firms do not.
MFF's home page also carries a payout certificate showcase — the sample shown is a $5,555 payout on a $50K account (roughly 11% of account size in a single payout cycle). A realistic figure rather than the "$50K trader made $500K in a week" hype some firms wave around, and consistent with what a disciplined trader could reasonably clear on a Builder or Pro plan.
MFF Onboarding: What to Expect from Signup to First Trade
MFF's evaluation-to-funded pathway is structured in three stages. Understanding each stage before you buy avoids the most common source of frustration — traders expecting to trade instantly and discovering the paperwork gate.

Stage 1: Free account creation
You can create an MFFU account without a credit card and browse the platform before paying for a plan. Low-friction way to look under the hood without commitment.
Stage 2: Plan purchase
Pick your plan — Builder, Rapid, Rapid EOD, or Pro — and your account size ($25K, $50K, $100K, or $150K). This is when payment happens. Monthly recurring for Builder, Rapid, and Pro; one-time fee for Rapid EOD.
Stage 3: KYC identity verification
Standard identity verification — passport or government ID plus address confirmation. Every legitimate prop firm requires this because they need to send you payouts and comply with financial regulations. Nothing MFF-specific here; the process is comparable to FTMO, Apex, and other established firms.
Stage 4: Contract signing
You must sign the MFF trader agreement before the evaluation account unlocks. This step catches new traders off-guard because most consumer services do not require it. Budget 10–20 minutes to read the agreement and sign — after this the platform opens and evaluation trading begins.

Stage 5: Evaluation trading
Hit the $3,000 profit target within your plan's max drawdown limits. Minimum trading days: 1 for Builder, 2 for Rapid, 2 for Pro, 4 for Rapid EOD. No time limit — take as long as you need. If you violate the drawdown, the evaluation ends and you can start over with a new plan purchase.
Stage 6: Sim-funded account (instant unlock)
Once you pass the evaluation, the sim-funded account unlocks instantly — no waiting period, no extra fees. This is a real MFF advantage: many prop firms have a "verification review" or 24-hour hold between pass and funded. MFF's structural choice to make this instant matters because momentum after a successful evaluation is a real edge.
Stage 7: Payouts and scaling to live capital
Payout cadence depends on plan: every 48 hours (Builder), daily (Rapid, Rapid EOD), bi-weekly (Pro). Cumulative payout ceilings scale up to $100K per account tier, gated by consistent performance. After 5 consecutive payouts, MFF opens a documented path toward a real live-capital account (invitation-only, subject to additional criteria).
