Tradeify Overview

Tradeify’s clearest advantage is not its advertised account size. It is the combination of one-time evaluation pricing, no activation fee and end-of-day trailing drawdown. Those terms remove two costs and one risk mechanic that regularly catch futures traders elsewhere. The trade-off is a rule set that changes by product and payout path, so “Tradeify account” is not specific enough when comparing it with another firm.

This review uses Tradeify’s official help center as the source of truth and was checked on July 17, 2026. Promotions can change at checkout. The standard prices and rules below should be checked again before purchase.

Start with the product choice, not the account size

Tradeify currently separates its futures offering into Growth Evaluation, Select Evaluation and Lightning Funded. Each is available in 25K, 50K, 100K and 150K sizes, but they solve different problems.

Growth is the lower-cost evaluation route. It has a daily loss limit and a 35% consistency rule. A trader who wants a conventional evaluation and can distribute profits across several days will usually begin here.

Select removes the daily loss limit during evaluation and uses a 40% evaluation consistency rule. After passing, the trader must choose between Select Daily and Select Flex payout policies. That choice is permanent for the account, so Select should not be bought before understanding how the two funded paths differ.

Lightning Funded skips the evaluation. It costs considerably more, has no reset option, and uses a progressive payout consistency rule. “Instantly funded” reduces the time to a simulated funded account; it does not remove the drawdown, payout or consistency requirements.

Tradeify’s official plan comparison is the best starting source because it places the three structures beside one another.

The standard price is one-time, not monthly

Tradeify’s current pricing reference describes all three product families as one-time purchases with no recurring subscription. That is important because older reviews—including earlier TradingToolsHub copy—described some evaluations as monthly products.

Account25K50K100K150K
Growth Evaluation$99$145$255$369
Select Evaluation$109$165$265$369
Lightning Funded$345$492$660$796

Growth reset fees currently range from $60 to $215. Select reset fees range from $60 to $239. Lightning has no reset: after a failure, the trader must purchase another account.

Tradeify also documents a permanent 5% bundle discount for five matching Growth 25K, Growth 50K, Select 25K or Select 50K evaluations bought in one checkout. The bundle does not cover 100K, 150K or Lightning accounts, and it cannot be used to buy two, three or four accounts together. Current promotional codes may stack with the bundle, but an undated promotion should never be treated as permanent pricing.

The complete tables, reset charges, commission examples and bundle conditions are in Tradeify’s official pricing reference.

Why end-of-day drawdown helps—and what it does not mean

All current Tradeify account families use end-of-day trailing drawdown. The threshold moves after a new highest end-of-day balance rather than following every unrealized intraday peak. That is generally easier to manage than an intraday trailing threshold because an open profitable trade does not move the drawdown line while the trade is still fluctuating.

There is an important catch: the threshold is still enforced in real time. “End of day” describes when the drawdown recalculates, not when a breach is measured. If the account balance reaches the existing threshold during the session, the account fails immediately. Treating EOD drawdown as permission to recover later in the day is a costly misunderstanding.

On simulated funded accounts, Tradeify says the drawdown locks after the required profit level is reached. The lock level and required balance vary by account type and size. Check the dashboard rather than calculating from memory; Tradeify displays the current trailing maximum drawdown figure directly.

Tradeify’s drawdown documentation includes worked examples and the funded-account lock table. The key distinction is that EOD trailing drawdown recalculates after the session, intraday trailing drawdown follows gains during the session, and a fixed floor does not move after it is established.

No activation fee does not mean no trading costs

Tradeify currently states that it charges no activation fee for its account types. A trader who passes Growth or Select can therefore activate without the additional funded-account charge common at some competitors.

The account is not cost-free after checkout. Exchange commissions apply to trades, reset fees apply when an eligible evaluation is reset, and failed Lightning accounts require replacement. Tradeify’s pricing reference also says market data is free for traders who complete the non-professional agreement. Professional status or different data requirements should be checked separately.

Commission structure matters when using micros. Tradeify’s published example lists a $1.82 round trip for MES versus $5.76 for ES. Ten MES round trips therefore cost much more than one ES round trip even though the nominal exposure can be comparable. A strategy that scales with many micro contracts should include commissions in its pass and payout calculations.

Select Daily and Select Flex are different products after passing

Select’s strongest feature is also its biggest decision point. After passing, a trader chooses a Daily or Flex payout policy.

Select Flex is designed around five winning days and has no daily loss limit. It suits traders who want more intraday flexibility and are comfortable accumulating qualifying days before requesting money. Select Daily offers more frequent payout access but adds its own daily continuity and payout conditions. The word “Daily” should not be interpreted as an unconditional daily withdrawal.

Tradeify’s official Select payout comparison explains the winning-day, profit, buffer, cap and continuity calculations. Read it before activating because the funded path cannot be changed afterward.

Growth payouts reward steady results, not one exceptional session

Growth funded accounts currently use a 35% consistency rule and require at least five qualifying profitable days for each payout request. The minimum profitable-day amount increases with account size. The day count resets after a successful payout.

Payout eligibility and maximum withdrawal are separate numbers. For example, Tradeify’s current Growth policy says a 50K account must reach a $53,000 balance to qualify, while the first-request cap is $1,500. Withdrawing the maximum leaves less room above the locked drawdown floor. Traders should calculate the post-withdrawal buffer, not merely the amount the dashboard allows them to request.

Tradeify says approved withdrawals are issued within 24–48 hours after processing, with requests outside normal business hours potentially taking longer. That is a processing policy, not a promise that every submitted request will be approved. The full conditions and payout tiers are in the Growth payout policy.

Where Tradeify fits—and where it does not

Tradeify is a strong candidate for a futures trader who values end-of-day drawdown, wants to avoid recurring evaluation billing and activation fees, and is prepared to manage consistency and payout rules explicitly. Select Flex is particularly interesting for traders who dislike daily loss limits but can produce qualifying winning days without forcing trades.

It is a poor fit for someone seeking stocks, spot forex, options or crypto funding. It is also a poor fit for a trader whose results depend on a few unusually large days: consistency requirements can delay eligibility even when the account is profitable. Lightning is hard to justify for an undisciplined trader because there is no reset safety valve; failure means buying a new account.

Against Apex, Tradeify should be compared on drawdown calculation, total funded cost and payout rules—not the largest temporary coupon. Against Topstep, the decision is more than brand recognition: compare Tradeify’s one-time product and EOD mechanics with Topstep’s current subscription, activation and payout structure on the day of purchase. Those competitors change their offers often enough that a permanent winner claim would be misleading.

Our current assessment

Tradeify is currently one of the more compelling futures prop-firm structures we have reviewed because its EOD drawdown and lack of activation fees address real trader pain points. The firm still benefits when customers purchase accounts and resets, while traders benefit only when withdrawals exceed every fee and commission. That difference in incentives makes disciplined account selection essential.

Choose the product whose normal rules fit your existing strategy. Do not choose Lightning merely to avoid an evaluation, and do not choose Select Daily merely because “daily payout” sounds faster. If the rules work without a coupon, a verified discount can improve the purchase. If the rules do not work, the discount is selling the wrong account more cheaply.

What Is Tradeify?

Tradeify is a futures-only proprietary trading firm founded in 2022 by Brett Simba, headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida. It offers simulated-funded accounts across three distinct program types — Growth, Select, and Lightning Funded — giving futures traders flexibility in how they enter, how they scale, and how they get paid. With over $125 million in reported payouts and a Trustpilot rating of 4.7–4.8 from more than 2,000 verified reviews, Tradeify has become one of the more credible and trader-friendly options in the futures prop firm space.

Where Tradeify separates itself from most competitors is on three structural choices: no activation fee (saves $149–$249 versus most firms), end-of-day trailing drawdown (safer than intraday trailing, which is the dominant model at competitors like Apex), and a broad tolerance for automated trading strategies and news-event trading — two policies uncommon at futures prop firms. Combined with a well-produced daily live YouTube channel (Tradeify TV — 148K subscribers) and a documented pathway to real live CME capital via the Tradeify Elite program, the firm reads more like a serious operator than a fly-by-night evaluation shop.

Tradeify Prop Firm — Products at a Glance

Tradeify offers three distinct account programs, each targeting a different trader profile. All three are simulated-funded accounts on CME Group futures (ES, NQ, YM, RTY, CL, GC), with no activation fees and end-of-day (EOD) trailing drawdown rather than the intraday trailing that most competing firms use.

Tradeify Growth Account — The Entry Plan

Growth is Tradeify's entry-tier one-step evaluation plan, priced at $139/mo for a $50K account and $239/mo for $100K. No activation fee. The evaluation requires just 1 day of minimum trading — a real speed advantage over most competing firms that require 5+ trading days minimum.

Once funded, the Growth plan gives you 100% of your first $15,000 in profit before shifting to a 90/10 split beyond that. That first-$15K structure is unusual and generous — most prop firms move to the split immediately from dollar one. Combined with EOD drawdown, this suits traders who want to build up a real starter payout before the firm takes any cut.

The Growth funded stage carries a 35% consistency rule — no single trading day can exceed 35% of your total profit — which is meaningfully more permissive than the 20–25% consistency rules common at competitors. Best fit for traders who want a low-cost path to funded with real profit-retention on early wins.

Tradeify Select — Daily vs Flex Explained

Select is Tradeify's most flexible plan, with two distinct payout modes chosen when the account is funded: Select Daily and Select Flex. Fee is $159/mo for 50K, $259/mo for 100K.

Select Daily

Payout eligibility every single day, processed 7 days per week. Payout cap of $1,000/day on 50K and $1,500/day on 100K. That per-day cap is the tradeoff — it prevents a single monster session from clearing an unlimited amount, but the daily processing cadence is otherwise the fastest cash-out cycle in the futures prop space. Best for scalpers and active day traders who want consistent daily cash flow rather than lumpy bi-weekly payouts.

Select Flex

Payout triggers after every 5 winning days, with a payout cap of $4,000 on the 100K account. Higher per-request ceiling than Select Daily but requires more patience — you're waiting for 5 winning days before requesting. Best for swing-style futures traders who prefer to batch their wins rather than dip into the account daily.

Both modes use the same 90/10 profit split and EOD drawdown. The choice is entirely about cadence and per-request ceiling.

Tradeify Lightning Funded Explained — Straight to Funded, No Evaluation

Lightning Funded is Tradeify's straight-to-funded product — you skip the evaluation entirely and get immediate simulated account access. Priced as a one-time fee starting at $349 for a $25K account or $469 for $50K — no recurring monthly charges after purchase. That structural choice is important: unlike Growth or Select, Lightning Funded has a fixed cost you pay once and then can trade indefinitely, subject to rule compliance.

Lightning Funded payout rules

Same 100%-of-first-$15K-then-90/10 payout structure as Growth. Payouts follow Tradeify's standard EOD drawdown model. What's different is the escalating consistency rule — the consistency requirement tightens as your payout total grows, which is Tradeify's mechanism for weeding out one-lucky-day traders on an instant-funded account. Also different: because you skipped the evaluation, Tradeify treats Lightning accounts with more scrutiny during the first few payout cycles.

Who this suits. Experienced futures traders who don't want to spend a week or two clearing a 1-day evaluation, and who prefer to pay once rather than sustain a monthly subscription. Also useful for algo traders and bot operators who want to deploy strategies directly onto a funded account without an eval overhead. Not the cheapest way to test Tradeify — for that, Growth is better — but structurally the cheapest long-term if you plan to trade continuously.

Tradeify Payout Rules — The Full Breakdown

Tradeify processes payouts 7 days a week, which is genuinely rare in the futures prop firm space — most competitors process business days only. Cadence and rules vary by plan:

  • Growth — payout requests available after clearing the 1-step evaluation. Standard payout cadence per Tradeify's dashboard. 100% of your first $15K in profits kept, then 90/10 split beyond.
  • Select Daily — payout eligible every day, processed 7 days/week. $1,000/day cap on 50K, $1,500/day cap on 100K. Fastest cash-out cycle in the futures prop industry.
  • Select Flex — payout triggers after every 5 winning days. $4,000 cap on 100K per request. Waits are longer, per-request ceilings are higher.
  • Lightning Funded — payouts follow Growth-style cadence but with an escalating consistency rule that tightens with cumulative payout size.

Consistency rules — where Tradeify is stricter than average

Tradeify enforces consistency rules on funded accounts to discourage one-big-day trading and reward steady performance. Growth uses a 35% consistency rule (no single trading day exceeding 35% of total profit). Lightning uses an escalating consistency rule that gets tighter as you draw more capital out. Select removes the daily-loss-limit constraint on funded accounts but the payout caps effectively enforce the same discipline.

Compared to firms with zero consistency rules (funded Rapid at MFF, Pro at MFF), Tradeify is stricter — a legitimate criticism for aggressive discretionary traders. The upside: those rules are why Tradeify's payouts stay reliable ($125M+ processed and counting) rather than collapsing under trader risk mismanagement.

Tradeify Elite — path to real CME capital

After 5 approved payouts, traders qualify for the Tradeify Elite program, which offers a documented pathway toward accessing live CME capital. That's a meaningful long-term hook — Tradeify positions itself not just as a rented evaluation environment but as a bridge to real prop capital for traders who demonstrate consistency.

Tradeify Rules: The Full Breakdown

Beyond payout mechanics, Tradeify's account rules matter more than most firms' because the firm is unusually permissive on some dimensions and unusually strict on others. The full ruleset:

Drawdown model

End-of-day (EOD) trailing drawdown. Your max drawdown line moves only at market close, not intraday. That means unrealized profit during a session doesn't drag the drawdown up on you — a huge safety improvement over intraday-trailing accounts where a fast winner followed by a fast giveback can violate the account mid-session. This is one of Tradeify's most-cited advantages by traders switching from Apex or standard Rapid at MFF.

Automated trading and bots

Allowed with ownership verification. You can deploy custom strategies, EAs, or bots to your funded account — Tradeify just requires that you can attest to owning the strategy. Compare that to most competitors where automated trading is either banned outright or heavily restricted.

News trading

No restrictions. You can hold through economic news events, FOMC announcements, earnings — anything. Many futures prop firms lock accounts during high-impact news windows; Tradeify does not. Real advantage for macro-driven traders.

Minimum trading days

1 day minimum on the Growth evaluation. Select evaluation follows similar minimum-day rules. Lightning Funded skips evaluation entirely.

Symbol restrictions

Futures only — no stocks, options, forex, or crypto. Instrument list is standard CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX contracts (ES, NQ, YM, RTY, CL, GC and micro variants). Not the plan for you if you want multi-asset access.

Tradeify Dashboard — What You'll See

The Tradeify trader dashboard combines account status, live evaluation progress, and payout history in one interface. Traders can track real-time drawdown line, session P&L, evaluation profit target progress, and payout eligibility status without exporting to an external tool.

Built into the dashboard is Tradeify's trade journal and performance analytics module — meaning you can review trades by symbol, strategy, session, or time-of-day without a separate journaling subscription. That reduces the friction of layering a TraderVault, TradeZella, or TraderSync on top just to see basic performance segmentation. For traders who mostly need session-level review rather than deep replay, the built-in journal is sufficient.

Tradeify Crypto — What's Supported?

Direct answer: Tradeify does not offer crypto trading. The firm is exclusively futures on CME Group instruments — no spot crypto, no BTC or ETH futures on CME (which are technically available), no crypto perpetuals. If your primary market is crypto, Tradeify is not the right fit.

The closest adjacent option in the Tradeify ecosystem is trading Micro Bitcoin and Micro Ether futures on CME — these are traditional futures contracts on Bitcoin and Ether prices, permitted on funded Tradeify accounts. Not the same as crypto spot or DeFi exposure, but the only crypto-adjacent instrument available.

Tradeify TV — 148K Subscribers, 40+ Hours of Live Trading Per Week

Tradeify TV (@TradeifyTV) is Tradeify's live-streamed trading channel — and it's the largest and most professionally-produced YouTube channel operated by any futures prop firm. Verified stats as of August 2026: 148,000 subscribers, 7.58 million total views, and 1,436 videos published since launch in September 2024. That's a production cadence of roughly 60 videos per month sustained over 23 months.

First-hand notes on onboarding speed, platform integration, rule enforcement, support response quality, and dashboard usability will be added to this section as the evaluation progresses.

What we can already attest to based on independent research: Tradeify's structural choices (EOD drawdown, no news restrictions, bot-friendly, one-time-fee Lightning option, 7-days-a-week payout processing) are unusually trader-friendly for a futures prop firm. The $125M+ in reported payouts and 4.7–4.8 Trustpilot average across 2,000+ reviews suggest those trader-friendly policies translate to consistent payout delivery in practice.
